Q-BBQ is an authentic, yet chic BBQ restaurant with enormous flavors and spirit infused in our smoked meats and from scratch dishes. Although our menu is simple and comfortable, it is far from ordinary. We rub our meats with a homemade 13 spice blend before smoking them, low and slow, for up to 22 hours over hickory and apple wood. Brisket was so dry I could hardly get it down. Never in my wildest imagination would I have thought to ask if my "plain" Brussels sprouts would be rolled in a sugary seasoning mix and deep fried.
Excellent food great tasting bbq. I had the pulled pork Mexican corn it was the best pulled pork I ever tasted. Keep up the good work everybody that works there. I will be definitely be back. Thumbs
Ribs were dry. No pink color at all, just blown and grey! Brisket had no pink and was tough and chewy. Disappointed.
This place have had the best Bbq. I love there Reuben sandwich and hush puppies. They staff is really great too!
