While picking out a color the bottle broke. They charged me for the bottle. I was embarrased and apologized--several times. I was not goofing around.i am 54 yrs old and I was not being careless. My kids were not left unattended. I had no kids with me. It just happened and they knew I was not happy about being charged and still they charged me. A good portion got on my pants and they never offered to give me anything to wipe it off.
Everyone there are always professional and friendly and do a great job. Typically being a walk-in I've worked with several and never had a bad experience.
Excellent manicures and pedicures. GREAT service. I threw them a curveball with a picture I found online... ombré nails. Kim did a great job coming close to matching the picture. She's even going to get new SNS powder to match the color in the picture. I will never go anywhere else.
Great place, clean, staff stay on schedule. Water and wine if you are thirsty. Chairs are comfortable and give a good back massage.
I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure yesterday by Amy, and it was an excellent experience. She was so nice and friendly and actually everyone was. Amy did such a thorough job, but was fast, so I wasn't there all day long. Maybe a little over an hour. She really knew what she was doing. Prices are about the same as other salons I've been to. I will definitely be going back.
Have been going for years! Everyone is awesome and the services are outstanding.
Absolutely loved this nail salon. My daughter and I had pedicures and manicures. Clean and bright and such a lovely environment. All the ladies that work here are friendly and engaging. We had the pleasure to be assisted by Amy and Kim who did a marvelous job. I look forward to going back time and again!
