David, the owner, knows an insane amount about his field. He saved us a bunch of money by selling us minisplits instead of a ducted system. My only complaint is that I didn't buy minisplits from Pyro at my last place! Installers Rusty and Andrew were very respectful and trustworthy and did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. I had my kids at the house, and felt completely safe even without my husband here.
Rusty Taylor and Tyler Field Rusty and Tyler were our two installers and everything went very smoothly and quickly. They took their time to explain everything they did at the end and walked me through all the modifications they did for the installation. Love the new A/C unit.
Rusty Taylor did an excellent job installing my air conditioner. He was friendly and professional. Rusty explained the new unit to my husband and I when the job was completed. Good work Rusty.
