Furnace inspection The technician was Tom C. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained everything he did, filled me in on the condition of my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. He did NOT push anything, just made sure I had the information I needed! Above and beyond the call of duty, he tightened my front door knob and took out my trash! I did purchase a C O detector, which he installed for me. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Pyro Heating and Cooling Furnace Maintenance Excellent friendly service. The technician arrived at the specified time, was cordial and professional. The work was completed in an efficiently. I was delighted with the service, knowing all the filters were changed and the system was professionally checked. Good job! I highly recommend them.

11/13/2012 Ultimate Tune Up Tom C was very knowledgeable and personal. The visit was accomplished promptly with an additional control board replaced. Discussion was ongoing throughout the visit with all questions answered with data to back up the answer.Additional items for system enhancement consideration were presented.

TOM C. Tom was kind enough to push back my scheduled arrival time by 30 minutes. I had to go to work. He was very friendly and knowledgable and professional.
