SERVICE CALL REQUEST PURCHASED NEW FURNACE.. HOT WATER HEATER AND OVERFLOW PUMP OVER 6000.00 INVESTED. LATER CALLED FOR A SIMPLE FIX....HOLE BETWEEN DUCT WORK THAT LED TO A HOLE AND COULD BE SEEN BY LOOKING INTO MY CRAWLSPACE. CALLED TO SET UP SERVICE CALL AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. Quick, Professional, Reasonably Priced We put in an emergency call to Pyro when our office furnace went out after an ice storm. We were concerned that the pipes would freeze if we didnât have someone come out quickly. Pyro was there in no time, they were professional and reasonably priced.
Our furnace went out Feb. 1 after 8:30 p.m. We called Pyro Heating and Cooling. Mike came out right away.The furnace was old so we decided to replace the furnace and air conditioning units. Mike, Andrew and Tyler installed both units beautifully. They answered our questions and cleaned up after. We cannot say enough about their knowledge of their products and how nice Mike, Andrew and Tyler were! We highly recommend Pyro Heating and Cooling.
It has been about a month since the guys at Pyro finished the installation of my new furnace and heat pump. I can not say enough good things about how good these guys have treated me. Nathan spent time explaining the differences in the possible systems for my home. He even stopped by as Andrew and Russ were finishing up the installation. Pyro Heating and Cooling was great! I called on a weeknight and was in touch with a service person within an hour. My furnace was fixed by 8:00 am the very next morning! Great job Pyro!!!
