Es bueno,pero siento que ellos tratan de que uno les adquiera todos los servicios que recomiendan. Ayer antes de ir a hacer el cambio de aceite a mi auto cambie los filtros de aire, cab filter, limpiador para los inyectores y resulta que en sus recomendaciones me sugieren que cambie los filtros porque estaban sucios, siendo que tenia escasamente una hora que los habia puesto nuevos.

Lately they've been SCREWING up MY car BIGTIME & I'VE BEEN TAKING MY CAR THERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR & A 1/2 NOW & THE MGR. WAS RECENTLY VERY RUDE TO ME FOR ASKING QUESTIONS BECAUSE EVERYTIME I GO THERE, I HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 1/2 A DAY & THEY HAD TO KEEP MY CAR A COUPLE TIMES IN THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS FOR A FEW DAYS, CAUSING ME TO ALMOST MISS WORK & VERY IMPORTANT APPOINTMENTS, PUTTING ME OFF, NOT RETURNING MY CALLS & NOT GIVING ME GOOD SERVICE, BUT RUDE SERVICE, IF ANYTHING. GOD KNOWS.

I went to get an oil change & they tried to tell me I needed a plug for the oil pan which only costs 4.99 at the auto parts store they wanted to charge me 50. 00 for expected me to pay 90.oo for an oil change so I took it some where else they didnt say anything about the plug. Bunch of RIP OFFS never go there again I suggest you don't either unless you like to get riped off lol

Took 45 min to do my oil change. Receptionist was making personal calls instead of helping me and was being very rude, old girl was wayyy better. All new workers will NEVER go back. Guy was driving my truck and flooring it on the gas like he was drag racing. Looks like new owners. Tried to charge me $5 more cuz I took my own oil

So I paid $800.00 to the Fort Apache store to fix my car and it's still broken with the same issue. The guy at Purrfect Auto said it was the timing chain (a different issue (althought the car is exhibiting exactly the same behavior as before) and that it would cost $2800.00 to fix. Checked on costhelper and found that the timing chain is $100.00 and the labor should be about $1000.00. $2800.00 when it should be $1100.00? Don't think I'll be going there again...
