So far the coupon they send out is not honor. Even though I got what was consider a Scheduled maintenance service.
I went to Purrfect Auto Service to get my car smogged. My car was doing a grinding on the break and wasn't breaking properly. and it was to the point that it was scaring me to death because it was not stopping properly and I was afraid I was going to run into the back of somebody. so the manager of that particular perfect Auto on East Charleston told me I needed control arms and a right front axle. he charged me $650 to get that done and that was supposed to fix the problem. Don’t worry everybody got these people recorded flat out lying to me and on top of that over charging for parts that we’re not needed !!!! My car just got out of collision repair shop !! Next day they try to tell my girl that she has blown struts !!! Lol to be comtinued
they have terrible employees who don't own up to their mistakes they mess things up in your car and tell you they aren't going to fix it. very aggressive employees when it's supposed to be customer first. negligent employees
falsified records from 2018, put my financied money i finaced for my civic motor on another vehicles record in late 2018 and when still under warranty, refused to properly repair issues, did crappy repairs when they finally warranty work in early 2019. customer servixe was extremely rude in 2019. ended up having to take to another purrfect auto to try and fix issues. corporate is a complete mess!!
RecommendedGreat people thus far and will continue with them for now.
Not friendly at all, it doesn’t cost to say Hi to customers when we walk in Lady with bad attitude chewing gum while in front of customers No thank you Maine ke is just a couple of blocks away
