Such an amazing workout, quick, 1 hr maximum efficiency, and BURN! Highly recommend.
I've been going to pure barre for 3 months in Chicago, and came to this Boise pure barre and experienced some of the best classes ever. Shaking and burning every time. Love how within 60 minutes I get a full body workout. Wish I lived in Boise to make this my Pure Barre studio- the instructors are fantastic! Great vibe at this studio!!
It's like a personal training session each time. Great instructors and great owners.
