It's the best workout I have done in a long time. It never gets boring. The time flies by and no two classes are the same. The instructors are amazing women that love what they are doing! It's a friendly atmosphere and a great little community. I've always had nice legs but now my legs are rocking! I owe it all to Pure Barre!
This was the first exercise I tried after having my thyroid removed. Nina and Marnie have both been great about modifying moves so I have less strain around the scar but still get a hard workout. The classes have made me more flexible and are an awesome energy boost during the week!
Kicks my butt every time but I noticed a difference in my body right away (3weeks). I'm hoping one day I'll be able to do an entire class without stopping or groaning...it may be a while.
Outstanding instructors, terrific music, challenging workout, strong, determined and focused classmates, Pure Barre is love! A Pure Barre workout works me everywhere I need to work but don't like to work on my own. Pure Barre is changing my body! Gotta Embrace the Shake!
