As soon as we walked in no one really greeted us , but could make my way to bar where we asked the bartender if there was stools or availability of other side of bar to which he starkly responded don’t know go see, I was like wtf if he were busy I may have understood it he was doing nothing and when we walked over there were no stools and stood there and had to order drinks from this smart ass, I had already driven an hour and a half to check this place out so disappointed � the drinks themselves were good and at $14.00 each... read more
Came from Australia and had this booked for months. Was to be my “Hollywood moment”. Food was really nice but the staff definitely needed some training. Lisa where did u get these unprofessional people from??????? We were extremely disappointed with this aspect. Took ages to get s drink and after we ordered cocktails they took our wine glasses even after we told them we were planning to have wine. Waiter spilt a cocktail over 2 of our party with pretty much no apology. Having watched vanderpump rules I had great expectations... read more

The experience was spectacular!!! My family and I were vacationing from Texas and Pump was one of the must stops we just had to do. I was super excited and happy to get a reservation on the day of my Birthday. The food was delicious & the LV Sangria was awesome. Thank you for such a great experience!!! ��
