Very nice place 🏻
Food was excellent. Servers were very attentive and pleasant. Drinks were very good. Nice atmosphere.
Very goof food and service. Servers were delightful.
While Sur down the street was very nice and the service, drinks and food were great, Pump really was a disappointment. Four of us sat in a cozy spot near the bar for about an hour and a half. After 20 minutes we got up and ordered our own drinks, and although waiters and waitresses passed by us 100 times, not one ever stopped to ask if we wanted or needed a damn thing. Complete waste of money and time. I guess we just werent hip enough for them. Wont ever return.
Venue is lovely, service was good but, a terrible lack of engagement from staff members from beginning to end. Pump lacks that special feeling of exclusiveness.
My husband and I love this spot! The dining under the trees 🌲 is beautiful and bar is amazing and details are super beautiful. My 11 year old daughter is a HUGE bravo fan so she wanted to visit all of Lisa’s spots in WeHo so that’s what we did. Pump was our first stop and our waiter Charlie was fantastic. Ken stopped in and my daughter got a picture with him. Normally I would never allow her to ask/bother people for pictures but she was soooo excited and Ken was super cool and when she thanked him Ken replied “my pleasure”!... read more
We love the staff, food, drinks and the hospitality. Chad is the best and keeps that place running like a machine. We also met Jason, one of the managers, he was so courteous and nice. Even though it was busy, all take the time to give great service!
Visiting from Alabama & had to visit. Food was delish & the restaurant was beautiful. Great service also. Enjoyed our visit.
What a lovely surprise. Great food, reasonably priced.
