I am a 22 year old college student, recently diagnosed with Class IV PAH and right heart failure, my Right ventricular and PA pressures were determined to be 130mmHg by means of a right heart cath. I am not on any medication as they are currently awaiting approval. My PH specialist recommended a form of combination therapy (opsumit and IV remodulin).
