My daughter has been diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension she is not on meds yet can anyone give me advice and is there anyone else who has the same and what meds r u taking for it and how r they helping
It's 3 AM and I'm wide awake. The worry about what my future holds because I have P. H. is overwhelming. The look in people's eyes, even my doctor's, when they find out I have P.H. is devastating. But reading the information about the support available from the Association does provide some comfort, even in the wee hours of the morning. I have so much apprehension about what my journey will hold. But I realize accepting my condition and making every attempt to maintain my health is my new path. Thanks for listening.
Yes I remembered my.daughter for 3 years a go.She had PAH.....but not more l to life...
Yesterday, I attended the PHA On the Road event in Providence. My wife, the PAH patient, was too ill to go with me and I debated canceling. Reflecting on the experience today, I am so very happy I made the effort to attend. The information I received (both in print and through the speakers) filled in a lot of gaps in my understanding of what my wife is going through.
