Went to my Mom's appointment the other day and they told us they cancelled her appointment without telling us. The front desk lady was incredibly rude when we tried to reschedule, acting like we were the problem when it was they that disrespected our time (I had to take the afternoon off of work for the appt. Just like with other providers in the UNF/Flagler network, you can try for weeks to get a return call or prescription refill with zero response. Terrible!
Worst scheduling experience we ever had. Bad policies and worse attitude. After seeing the other reviews, not surprised.
I am a dialysis patient here in st augustine. My nephrologist referred me to pulmonary associates for sleep study to address hypertension. Apnea confirmed Dr Ramzi Shaqareq put me on cpap. My first 3 month appointment indicated I was not meeting my compliance goals to keep the cpap machine. I felt the results were inaccurate so for the next 3 months I insisted on having a computer chip put into the machine to record results. just today had my next 3 month appointment for compliance. Very difficult to get prescriptions refilled. Every time I need more refills approved my pharmacy cannot get a direct response. Then when I call i get sent to voicemail without any callbacks. Very frustrating when you're just trying to manage your follow up care. There is no portal after appts to review results and it is difficult getting responses to inquiries. If I could, would give zero stars. Find someplace else.
Just walked out after waiting an hour from my wife's appointment time. Asked the girl at the front desk how much longer and her reply was that there are still two more patients ahead of you. Last visit we also waited close to two hours. My wife also has issues with unreturned messages. We have actually had to drive up from Palm Coast to get issues resolved.
