Great Service My daughters car would not start, rather than me meddling I called Puchlich. They said they will tow it up to the shop and look at the problem. The problem was identified within 1 hour, car was repaired within 4 hours. The car needed to be fixed that day, they were able to get the car in the shop and fix it that day. Awesome!!!

Timely Service Recently we just moved to Bismarck, so this is my first visit for service on my Silverado. I was here for a tire rotation and oil change. When they came to tell me my P/U was done, I was surprised that it was done already.....Thanks for the service.

Engine Service Light The Service Engine Soon light came on. The mechanics found that the sensor which was installed several months ago was incorrectly installed & the throtle cap was missing. The incorrect installation was remedied and the throtle cap replaced. As expected, there was no charge involved.

Quick Lube Our expereince was pretty good. I would have rated it excellent IF they would provide a complimentary car wash and vacuum (front) of my vehicle. The dealership that I bought my vehicle from in the town we used to live in provided these services and I greatly appreciated them.

Not so happy This was the second time I had my car in for recall and all this parts were not in to complete it. Next time I will need a car to use while they work on mine. I live 60 miles away and can't eke bringing it down to be worked on when all the parts aren't in.

Fast service Came in droped off car.I didn't realize we didn't schedule a tire rotation and said they didn't have time for it. Ever since I bought the car I got a tire rotation with my oil change.
