BAD!!! Bad Customer Service! I had to ask my salesman for his name (Chris). He didn’t ask for my name until he filled out an information slip, then cut me off and said “let me just see your license”. I initiated all conversations & questions, which he was unable to answer most. They will run your credit multiple times without permission. I came in with a preapproval from Capital One, but was told that if I financed through them I would qualify for an additional rebate. I told Chris, that I really did not want my credit hit a... read more

Gerry I brought my new 2500 Silverado in for an oil change. When i got home there was oil all over my driveway. The dealer technician did not tighten the oil filter completely resulting in a big mess on my new driveway. The dealer cant even do an oil change without issue? C'mon boys.
