Owner Had warranty work done and it was done promptly an completely
Very slow, inconsiderate I first dropped my vehicle off in may for 3 repairs, fog lights, oil sensor, and a squeak in the rear left suspension. They fixed the first two issues but the squeak was never fixed. I was charged over 3000 dollars. I brought it back a second time. They changed the shox that time but the squeak was still there and was even notated by my technician. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! Advertised a brand new Trax at 12,999. Contacted dealership to see if available and they confirmed it was. When arrived at dealership, salesman stated vehicle had been totaled 2 weeks ago and not available! So mad that they lied to us and wasted our time on a hot summer day!
Exceptional Service Danielle displayed exceptional service. She went above and beyond my expectations. Friendly welcome within five minutes of arrival, offered information on hand and her calm, yet confident, appearance relieved any doubt. I was taken care of in and outside of the paperwork and would not only recommend Danielle but Stevinson Chevrolet.

Smooth transaction I'm one careful buyer, I don't just go into a dealership and get the first car I see. I shop around and after walking out of a dealership across the street I came here. Place was a JOKE . They advertise a price to get you in the door just to lie and say they dont have it. Will not honor the website pricing.
Continuing a General Motors family tradition General Motors has had a big presence in my hometown in northeastern Ohio. The choice for a new car was simple -- a General Motors product and specifically the Cruze. The Stevinson dealership delivered. Working w/ Danielle was great! Horrendous Customer Service Was looking for a new Camaro....internet salesman David Mata messaged me with pricing. I asked him from the very beginning if the pricing was legit. He assured me that the price I'd locked in for $29999 was legit. I was willing to fly out for the car if the price was right.
