Good experience I usually loath going to dealerships and have been using brokers because of bad experiences. This time was different. Josh was very personable and professional. Very relaxed atmosphere, I got the price I wanted and received a great deal on window tinting. No pressure or hard sales.

Bait and switch My experience with Friendly defines the notion of bait and switch! they marketed a new car on cars.com for $15,520. I went to the dealership, drove the car and said that I wanted to purchase it. My price, however, was not $15,520! My price was $16,999 because I wasn't financing through their financial arm and I wasn't making a trade! OMG! This experience was just terrible!!

sara garcia/2015 tahoe customer svc is fine, but waiting time is always long. Also, they forgot to put a nut on my tire(rim) when I took my Tahoe for tire rotation, now I have a nut missing.

2019 Suburban Purchase We started working with Henry a couple months ago to find a 2019 Suburban.
