Horrible experiencia me dieron cita con un mes de anticipación y me aseguraron que ellos se encargaban de obtener el referído de mi Dr primario q solo lleve id y tarjeta seguro médico …hoy llegué a mi cita y la front desck q no me podía atender si no tenía el referído después q espere una hora y grosera me dijo q me había dado 30 minutos p conseguirlo llame a mi dr y no lo podía hacer en el momento la recepcionista q me hacía otra cita p otro día .. ya q ellos en 30 minutos se iban…perdí mi día de trabajo p esta cita q solo ... read more
Terrible ophthalmologist, unprofessional. Don't know how he was licensed. Will never recommend anyone to this person or business. Very unsatisfied with service. Front desk staff is the same way, unprofessional and terrible manners.
