We had completed all paperwork to purchase a certified used car from them and the final form we had to acknowledge had an odometer reading that was 20000 +-miles higher than what was stated on the actual odometer in the vehicle. Needless to say, we did not purchase the car. Very disappointed!
Very good experience. I inquired about a CC and the sales team contacted me shortly after. They were upfront and not pushy. They offered alternatives to my situation and were eager to earn my business in a way that was not a turn off or desperate.
