Waited in line 15 minutes and was still waiting when they opened two registers next to me and never asked for the next customer waiting (me) to check out. Then after stuck in this slow line the cashier took his time to go to customer service to get the customer cigarettes. He waited at lest five minutes for customer service to get those cigarettes while the bag packer just stood there and talked to customer.
