I want to give a 'kudos' to the young man who bagged my groceries this afternoon. I didn't get his name though. My cashier was Ron W. and he was bagging groceries around 15:15, at this register. He took extra care to bag the groceries so nothing was smashed and he didn't make the sacks heavy. So many times I get home and bread is smashed or bananas are at the bottom of the bag. Not with this young man.
this store doesn't carry Decaf coffee. not happy about it, now have to drive to Walmart to get my coffee, so I guess Walmart will get all of my business now.
Friendly and helpful staff "make shopping a pleasure"! Service dog friendly - they recognize the value/importance of legitimate service dogs.

I love this publix! It's not too big, not too small. I know everybody, and they know me and my family. They are always eager to help. I order my deli ahead of time so it's waiting for me when I get there, the meat department and bakery are very helpful and nice. The only problem I have is that since the remodel several years ago, they discontinued many of my regular items, but they're always willing to special order for me.

I had an awful experience at this publix today. I ordered two subs online and was given a time of 1:10 pm to pick them up. Well I waited an extra 20 minutes since I know they are always behind. I got there at 1:35 with no sub ready. I went ahead and shopped around to come back ten minutes later, with still no sub ready.
