Customer service has gone down. No courtesy or welcoming in what use to be a pleasant store. Employees seem very unhappy.
Lake Mary Publix is my local store. I am a service dog puppy raiser/trainer and I bring my pups in that store all the time. The employees are always great with the dogs and if they see me practicing in the aisle, they just let me do my thing!!
Shout out to Mary who noticed the gentleman in front of me was buying cold medicine and sniffling. She ran and grabbed sanitizing wipes to wipe everything down before she rang me up. Love my Publix!
Goodbye Publix. I USED to be a loyal Publix shopper for the past 7 years in spite of their much higher pricing for their customer service. I I was at the Lake Mary Location last night and they had a BOGO special on Tomato Sauce there was 15 or 20 left so I took them and placed them in my cart and then proceeded to shop for the next hour, over filled my cart. We came today to meet Brek Shea. What a fantastic experience. From the kind workers, to the ice cold water, to the ice cream. Everything was very organized and well done. Thank you for such a great experience!
