Once again the deli department was a complete failure at appropriate, timely customer service. Only one person actually assisting customers for deli meat & one at subs while there were at least 4 other employees, including the deli manager, who walked right by the ever growing lines. Waiting 30 minutes to get served is ludicrous. At least I finally found a bagger who understands the basics of not destroying your bread! Driving across town may not be convenient, but they run a proper Publix there!
Meat department lacks skill, 7.25 ounces of fat between 2 1.35 lb packs of Filet. Unacceptable.
RecommendedLove this store! We shopped at the old location for years and go to the new one at least once a week! The management is wonderful and half of the employees know my family and me by name. And their sushi team is the BEST!
Publix is where I choose to shop... but not this one. The deli is understaffed and their attitudes reflect their frustration. Our experience today was filled with lies, sarcasm and overall rudeness.
There's absolutely nothing I can say bad about Publix! I'm 60 years old and lived in 4 states and this is truly the friendliest store I have ever been in--with the best selections!
Son ran in for peppers and Onions for supper. In and out no waiting.
