I was in Titusviille trying to support their local businesses. I went to the customer service counter. Girl at the counter was speaking to me when an associate dumped his lunch at the register. I was picking up Western union money and the young lady rang him up on front of me instead of excusing herself and telling me she would ring him up while the system was loading. Recommended2-thumbs up on Publix new curbside pickup on 50 in Titusville! Ordering was a breeze. The shoppers are Publix employees. They keep your cold items in refrigerator/freezer. The shopper texted me while shopping in case I needed anything else. Dedicated marked parking spaces on the west end of lot. They use the Instacart app for the orders. BOGOs and sale items are available in app. There is a small markup on some non-sale items but glad to pay it for the convenience. Thanks Dawn @ Publix, you did an outstanding job! 😁

Today, I lost my earring in the parking lot as I was taking my mask off, I was heartbroken as my grandmother gave these to me for my sixteenth birthday.... I search for almost 2 hours...As did management, Publix employees and many customers... As I was loosing hope and about to give up... a Man and his young son found my earring... I can't say THANK YOU enough for everyone that helped... One of many reasons I LOVE Publix ♥️
Great management.... that's where it starts. Good employees.... stocked shelves when there is a holiday coming up.... anything wrong? They are more concerned that you leave happy. I love this store. 👏
Love their deli subs. Plus always great BOGOs 😋😋😋 the Aprons chef cooks up great meals to show ya what try make at home. I enjoy going there & I don’t really shopping 🛍 recommend it highly 🥰

I would like to commend Publix management and employees for doing an outstanding job during Hurricane Dorian !!! I was just there for the 2nd time this week today the most recent ! It’s running smooth as a top stocked and everyone is so pleasant ! They are amazing ! Publix is rocking it! Mary the manager is doing an awesome job, smooth sailing!! No chaos like everywhere else!!
