Very inconsiderate..unwilling to listen.. Refuses to work around a disabled vet who cannot drive.. Was told if I cannot get a ride to my appointments that I should walk from my home in Bartow !! I just Did 4 months of therapeutic counseling but without documentation yet from the prison I was just in they now insist I do 10 more weeks of counseling and refused to even wait for me to get my supporting documentation before making a decision about what I need or don't need.
