I have been using this company for about a year. I've had nothing but positive interactions. I had a doll of a nurse practitioner, unfortunately, she left and I'm waiting for her replacement. My top comment is about Annette, the head of this practice. She goes over the top to help the patients. Psych4u is the quintessential example of exploitation of our broken healthcare system. Their entire business model is based on the premise of telehealth. You spend 5 minutes on a video conference then they bill your insurance company for “prescription management.” Well funny thing just happened. They never answered the phone. They never called back after leaving a message for call back. Was recommended here by my girlfriend but it actually isn't convenient.
I have been seeing Dr. Carlos Gomez for a little more then a year every month and he is super efficient. He will not take up extra time chatting that is not needed which I love as a business owner my time is valuable. However when I have questions/concerns he doesn’t mind taking his time to educate me on questions that I have.
