From the moment I walked into the office I knew I was in a safe place, the moment I met Carlos Gomez he made me feel like he had known me forever. He listned to what I had to say and knew what had to be done, he had me see therapist Shavonne Rich which has been such an aide with my mental health. From the front office staff and the providers who work there it truly is an amazaing experience.
I had to give at least 1 star in order to post, but my honest review is ZERO STARS!!!! I was looking for a new provider for continuity of care. I had been doing well for many years on several medications. I made an app w/ Dr.Binder. Late, the day of the app, I was told she wasn't available, I would have to see someone else. My telehealth appointment was with a mental health nurse practitioner. We discussed my history. I did not hear from them, so I called and emailed to inquire about my meds repeatedly. I have been using this company for about a year. I've had nothing but positive interactions. I had a doll of a nurse practitioner, unfortunately, she left and I'm waiting for her replacement. My top comment is about Annette, the head of this practice. She goes over the top to help the patients. Recently, she invested significant time on the phone and via email with a source that provides my medication. The last call she had with the company was in the early evening. Psych4u is the quintessential example of exploitation of our broken healthcare system. Their entire business model is based on the premise of telehealth. You spend 5 minutes on a video conference then they bill your insurance company for “prescription management.” Well funny thing just happened. I attempted to pay online and for some reasons this isn’t supported. A company entirely based on the premises of virtual interactions doesn’t support digital payments. Why do you ask?
