Dr. Faraj and her hygienist as well as her staff were incredible as they worked amazing with my kids and as they cleaned and assessed my teeth as well. They take great care with cleaning, X-Rays and provide great advice on prevention and maintaining good oral health. You can feel a difference when you walk into a clinic that greets your family with warm smiles and genuine care. My family has been going to Novi Family Dentistry for 25 years. Our grown daughters are now bringing their spouses and plan on bringing their children to Dr. Faraj and her incredible staff! Thank you for taking such good care of our family.
I was concerned going to the dentist for the first time since covid arrived. My cleaning was done in a professional manner, as always, and the office practiced very good safety measures. The staff is always very friendly and conscientious.
I was very impressed with all the safety procedures that was in place. I felt very comfortable with the staff and having my teeth cleaned as Karen wore a mask, plastic visor, and glasses.
Outstanding dentist and staff
This is the first time I’ve gone to the dentist in years, and I’m so glad I did! The staff were all so friendly and kind, and they really knew their stuff. I just had an overall wonderful experience, and now that I have a place like this I won’t be waiting so long for my next cleaning and check up! Thanks so much to everyone at Novi Family Dentistry :)
All of the staff at Novi Family Dentistry truly care about the health and well being of their patients. They believe in pain free dentistry and go the extra mile to insure this. I recently had a fractured tooth and needed a crown, discovered at my cleaning appointment by my wonderful hygienist, Karen. Dr. Faraj got me right in for the crown work so that I would not have to risk the fracture possibly getting worse. The service was efficient, effective, and caring. I visited the office for the first time this week and I was so nervous. They made me feel like I was surrounded by family. The entire staff was kind, patient, and they ENJOYED being at work. The dentist was so gentle and made my care plan crystal clear to me. Dr. Abir, Karen and the entire staff at the front desk, Thank you for such an Amazing experience. I will be a member forever!
