This is the worst hospital ever the staff are clueless!
Had a wonderful experience having my MRI done today. Wonderful staff, from insurance authorization to the clinical staff. Seriously, everyone was wonderful. Facility was gorgeous and I got to listen to the music of my choice during the MRI.
My oldest daughter was horribly sick, so sick she ruptured all the blood vessels in her eyes. Out of fear we called the ambulance. I followed in our vehicle get there and from the word go we were blown off. Somehow your staff got the idea it was a urinary tract infection. Fast fwd last week she was working in Bristol Tennessee hit her head and was taken to local hospital there, the er dr was so concerned he did a cat scan. She has Chiari Malformation. I get that there are situations that are deemed a true emergency but the s... read more
