RecommendedI have had nothing but a great experience here staff was very friendly as well as very professional. On the other hand a few years ago I have a daughter that had the worst experience that you can possibly have. She had hip replacement and ended up with over five surgeries and is now on disability. Don’t know who to blame doctor or hospital. The Hospital has been taken over by new management and you can sure tell the difference.
by not leaving patients waiting forever so they can chit chat at the desk.
Worst hospital in town, they would rather misdiagnose you and then give you the wrong meds? Waste of time and money! If you want to stay sick this is the place to be smh!

Had an excellent experience with my recent surgery and stay at Providence Health Northeast. Staff was friendly, supportive and responsive to my every need. Hats off to Dr. Holbrook and the operating medical team and to the great nurses and their support staff for helping me to start my healing. Thanks to you all!!
Having surgery is never going to be a pleasant experience, however, I can't possibly speak highly enough of the staff here from the front guest check-in all the way through discharge.
The people are friendly but I waited nearly 45 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment. People that came in after me got seen first.
The wait time was just too long of a wait, I'm like really don't plan to have anything else to do if coming here. Your entire day is basically spent here.
