ER was crowded but I was attended to quickly and they seemed to care. Not like a previous visit a couple years ago. this was an improvement. Once admitted I found out the faucets in the bathroom only flowed hot water. Very odd that had never been taken care of. Trying to sleep was near impossible and not pleasant at all. I did feel patient care has improved.
My only complaint is they gave me a visitor badge that had my name but it was not my photo. When I was at the receptionist desk they didn't ask for my ID only my name then printed out the visitors bage with someone else picture. I didn't notice until I was in my sister's hospital room. I did bring it up to their attention when I left the hospital. Other than that (I consider serious) all else was fine
My girl was born 04/16/2017 in st. Jude...the services and staff was adorable... the nurses always was smiling...it's a fabulous hospital..i really like every moment i spend it there...a good treatment,even the priest and sister was visiting me...even when i came back home i was surprised by a wish card from nurses...thank u st. Jude for making me feel like i was home between my family

Amazing experience at St. Jude, the staff took very good care of my husband before & after his eye surgery. The only thing I would fix is signs for drop off & pick up for 1 day surgeries for people using ambulance transportation, when we were called regarding my husband's surgery we were never told where drop off & pick up for ambulance transportation.
It was a horrible wait. The doctor said he was ordering antibiotics and nobody set us up. He came back 2 hours later and said what happened? That's what we wanted to know. Total time in ER was 8 1/2 hours. That was ridiculous. �. When my hubby said he was in horrible pain the doctor said that he was hooked on pain medication. WTF. He has a catheter and an infection. How was he suppose to cope with the pain?
