ER misdiagnosis, prescribed medication that was not only ineffective but caused horrible side effects. Never even looked at the blood test results they ran that took 7 hours to process. If they had, the correct diagnosis would have been given because the lab results was obvious. They diagnosed based on one symptom. Dangerous tactics and zero implementation to protect others from cross contamination of possible infection. I understand the staff are overwhelmed with the new virus, but dang they are cranky.

Avoid this doctor. The first time he met us and our three day old daughter, he had a camera man that recorded video in order a YouTube video (He did ask for our consent to record). I thought, man this guy must be an aggressive marketer which seemed pretty unusual given his chosen profession. So on and off we go... Within the first eighteen months, we were inexplicably billed $285 for services that our daughter did not receive. RecommendedDr. Laila Hanna has been very responsive to my health concerns. She seems to really care about her patients and tries to do her very best to make healthcare as positive experience as possible. She is very hard working, in fact several times she has personally answered the office phone!!!!
