RecommendedMy dad was recently a patient at Redwood Memorial Hospital. I want to thank all the staff. The security guards, the amazing ER staff, the super compassionate unit nurses, housekeeping, the Doctors and anyone else I'm forgetting. We knew Dad didn't have much time left and we were so worried about the Covid19 virus keeping us away from him. This hospital, everyone in this hospital went above and beyond to let us stay with him. I've had three surgeries here, and all experiences were top-notch. When a family member's injured hand took us to the ED yesterday, it couldn't have been more different. Cold and unprofessional, bordering on hostile -- although we repeatedly declined meds, it felt like they judged us as pill-seekers. My family won't return.

Need more helpful doctors experienced in pediatrics in the er the doctor that saw my son hardly looked at him and was so unhelpful that we were better off waiting till morning to contact his regular doctor. If you are a parent with a child who is normally hyper jumping around and them see them go lethargic and high fever mid day you get concerned then to be barely looked at by the doctor. I'm angry with how my son has been treated.
