Redwood Memorial treats their Housekeepers and kitchen staff pretty poorly. The majority of the Med/Surg Nursing Staff is quite disrespectful as well.
It’s not Covenant Health I don’t like they were purchased with St Joseph and I tried to pay my bill on like I have always done and Ihave been locked out of my account. I have called billing department multiple times over last several months and all I get is a recording msg put on hold up to 27 minutes emails I have sent no response Today I called and requested a manager voicemail is all I got. This billing department is the worst.
RecommendedWe're fortunate to have good health care in Santa Rosa. Of course I'm partial to SRMH having worked there for 27 years. My care there was excellent.
