The hospital is great but the ER isn't Too many people with non emergent problems that could have been handled in UC. My husband had severe abdominal pain and just had surgery ladt week for aortic abdominal aneurysm and we were there 6 hours for them to tell me there's nothing wrong. This was on tuesday. Yesterday he saw his PCP and he was still in pain. PCP reviwed records and said he has a huge hernia which needs surgery so now he needs to see a gastroenterologist. Go figure. How was that missed
I've been a St Jude patient for 17 years. I've loved the care I've gotten through growing up, having children and much more. In the last 2 years though, it's been a nightmare. Between lack of availability, then having to waiting forever to been seen for an appointment...I'm switching to PIH this month �Very sad to be leaving, but not what it used to be.
Such a great place!!! Was my home away from home for a long time, During my Battle with Cancer!! My wife just had surgery here !!! And the staff is amazing ...
My experience here bringing my 24 yr old daughter to emergency was amazingly good compared to 2 other hospitals i've taken her to they toke her in within 5. mins drawed her blood then toke a CAT scan they admitted for 2 days DRS and staff all very nice❤️
It's the only place my husband or I will go. After working at St Jude for 11 years and having multiple admissions between us, I know firsthand the excellent care provided, not only by nursing and doctors, but by all staff involved. I completely trust that when we enter those doors for treatment that we will receive the very best care. And we have.
