If you want to live in a community where you’re continuously lied to.... then this is the place. We have lived here from the very beginning. Four years now. The last over six months we have had the pleasure of listening to a fire alarm go off in our building all hours of the day and night. It makes it really convenient during these times when we work from home. We have called the office, the management company and maintenance multiple times, more times than we could ever count. The worst place I have ever lived. They don’t pick up the trash when they are supposed to and that is something that they charge for. It’s like living in a landfill sometimes. So I now have to call the city to report them. Have called about my room not having proper insulation multiple times and it has never been resolved. The room is way too hot and stuffy in the summer and extremely cold in the winter. RecommendedFor my first place after moving from my parents nest, it's the best I could've asked for. I highly recommend anybody looking for a start to living in apartments to try this place out. The staff is amazing and quick to help.

Not good place. Leacking inside everywhere the apartment. The carpet wer everywhere. Under the windows. Under the door coming in the water. From the sealing everywhere. I can not wait to move from here. Is way too expensive apt. And they said is 3 bedroom apt. Yes the 3rd bedroom is the hallway :( The doors open in the bedrooms ( front and back door).
