The Providence in the Park, has a professional and reliable staff who makes it feel like home.
It's a good location. With ok apartments and over priced with limited amenities. You can get a house for less or a different complex for 1/2. It's just close to work for me but I'd recommend elsewhere for people moving to Arlington or looking for longevity, more bang for your buck out there
Poorly managed and unsafe, residents pay for gated environment however gates are wide open constantly. The only trash receptical is always overflowing with trash - the company used is sloppy and bin looks terrible and embarrasing for visitors. This problem is a health hazard. People from the street come in and dump trash, tires etc. and no one cares. Common areas, staircases are never swept or cleaned. Hate it. Only live here because it's the best option for off-campus living that's not at constant threat for a shooting and weeknight student ragers. Cheap building materials, horrible conflict resolution from management, and constant construction. It gets so hot in our apartment that my pre-workout powder MELTED and SOLIDIFIED. And they refuse to do anything about it in the three years that we've lived here. It is regularly 90 degrees in our unit during the summer months. Can't wait for my lease to be up.
