The location is good in Arlington, but the treatment from the administration is horrible, they don’t listen to complains and they have discriminated me a few times! Ones was the manager and the second time was a sales representative. If you come new there you see smile and everything is grate, but after you live here they don’t listen what you have to say and obvious they don’t care about you.:( it’s sad because I have 4 years leaving here and it was not like that before. RecommendedI really like living at this apartment complex. From the very first day I moved in it was like home feeling and still do...new carpets and new appliances and whenever there's a problem it's usually handled immediately. Thanks and keep up the good work
I recommend that someone needs to verify the Apartment is cleaned before you move in . I found my bathroom not to be cleaned. Also stain on kitchen counter and bathroom sink is damaged.
Gena was wonderful and made sure my mother and I's move into Providence was smooth and easy. We are loving being here and are glad we decided to reside in Providence. Thank you to Providence's staff for giving us a 5-star stay.
I love waking up on a Saturday to the lovely roar of lawn work! Love it. ���
