SO.....I been SUFFERING for over a week now! When at hospital 7 days ago I tried to tell them I thought I was having allergic reaction to something becaise I was having a hard time breathing and my heart was racing out of my chest, but the snotty nurse that triaged me said WELL YOUR OXYGEN LEVEL IS FINE SO! Everyone including my surgeon Dr Fong was wonderful. I have two nurses who were absolutely AMAZING!! The first was in pre-op... Carol. She was so nice and patient with me. She took the extra steps to ensure all other down the process would know about my allergies and take the necessarily precautions. The second was Elizabeth in post op again another AMAZING nurse. she had my meds delivered to my room just before we were leaving so we didn't have to make another stop on the way home. My son went in for a Laparoscopic Appendectomy yesterday. Dr. Hunter and her staff were very professional and seemed to genuinely care. They explained everything step by step and answered any concern we had. All the nurses and their assistants were caring, sincere and very friendly. As busy as they were, it seemed like they would go out of their way to make my son feel comfortable. You want to just destroy a whole day try to go to that emergency they're slow there's a the terrible place for sick people to have to go and wait for 6 hours to be seen because you're too damn busy to help you but they can damn sure walk up and down the hallways all day long doing nothing it's a terrible hospital it should burn it we were so happy when they built a new hospital that's just horrible just horrible Drive 50 miles south the harbour view
I enjoy the new lay out and design. The front staff are very professional, polite and all around good people that seem to enjoy there job. I have not come across any staff who wouldn't stop just to answer a question. They value my time and my family. The pharmacy as well is very polite and professional. Thank you all. Robert G. Bare
