After they gave me surgery they told me they wanted to search everything that I had and all those visitors that came to see me when I refused they kicked me out at midnight in 26 degree weather with no Aftercare no pain killers nothing just booted me out the door I think that they're unprofessional and sloppy in the care of patients. I'm going to do everything in my power to see that they don't do it to anyone else
Waited 5 hours for my 9 y.o to be seen, probably would have been longer but we left. By the time we would have gotten registered, seen by a nurse and doctor we could have had a better night sleep at home and gone to urgent care in the morning. Awful. Will avoid at all costs. (We didn't originally go to urgent care because they were all closed, otherwise we would have.)
I go to the hospital because I have a serious problem you sit in the ER waiting room for 3 hours for the reason they tell you they don't have any rooms which is funny because when you go back over half of the rooms at the house or empty so it is that they are understaffed and just don't care then when you get back there in the ER room it's another 30 minutes to 2 hours before you make it to see somebody once it started taking care of me it was great but I was not very happy after being there 5 hours I think that that needs t... read more
No one really goes to the hospital because they love it they go there to get taken care of and that's what I did that and Providence did a wonderful job taking care of me thank you!
All the nurses and doctors were amazing and took care of my husband's every need. They all were prompt and nice and professional. The patient room was great. Food was OK for hospital food. Thank you all so much for taking care of us and getting him through the surgery safely!
I am 100% grateful to PHS, Colby Campus staff. From the ER doctors and nurses, financial services, to the cardiologists...even the follow up calls have been heart warming. They care, I was/am blessed to be in their capable hands.
