Absolute HORRIBLE management team. You have staff that is classified by the CDC as "high risk" and yet you send them to COVID clinics knowing this and knowing they might have members of their households who are also high risk. You claim your motto is "Know me, Care for me, Ease my way" and you do NOTHING to protect your staff, especially during such a difficult time! Called to ask about my bill, when I requested to talk to a supervisor,she simply replied by No! She refused to help me and put me on hold for more than 30 mins. Taking into consideration it took me more than 25 mins to reach them. They do change the bill amount if you have insurance, they raised mine by $5.5k once I gave them my insurance information . Unbelievable
