Went in to providence autos looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was trading another vehicle in. Told Hank what I could afford. They met the amount I could afford and was very pleased how quickly they got me in and out and on the road again in a new jeep. Will definitely be back in the future to purchase another vehicle from here!
0 rating. There was an issue every time I dealt with someone from the salesman, salesman manager, and service department. Traded in 2 vehicles and Initiated a lease on a 2017 Pacifica. Prior to test driving we asked if navigation came with and was told it just needs hooked up by their shop. After the signing, found out navigation was not included and was an additional $600. Wow such a great experience from start to finish. Jason helped my husband and I get the perfect car! Absolutely love it! He made it very easy and was also accommodating and just a genuinely nice person. We never felt rushed and he worked around our hectic schedule. The vehicle is absolutely amazing and we will be back to the dealership in the future!

I was speaking to a coworker and was informed that his wife is now pregnant. With excitement of his 3rd child they thought it would be a good idea to trade in their vehicles for a van. After only having the vihicle for a day and a half. She felt that the van didn't meet their needs. After contacting new providence autos trying to return the van. They refused to take the vihicle back. Taking advantage of a pregnant lady is bad business.
I love taking my cars to providence auto for service! I always get an appointment that is at my earliest convenience !! The service has always been quick and correct ! The staff is friendly , yet very professional ! I look forward to buying another car here and continuing to get my cars serviced here.
