Great dealership to purchase a vehicle from!! Our sales rep, Herb, was attentive to our needs. The management worked with us and gave us a great deal! We will definitely be back the next time we need a vehicle!
They sold me a truck that has major problems that they can’t resolve. It shuts off when I drive it and it was filthy when I bought it. The truck still was packed with pet hair and stank like marijuana when I came to pick it up after they “got it ready” for me. Then a few weeks later the truck started shutting off while I was driving. I took it in to get some help and after having it for about 6 weeks total and having me pay for diagnostics and parts I had the truck returned to me with the same issue and no answers. I just dropped in, out of the blue, because my Jeep was having trouble. Now, I'm getting a free oil change and they're doing next month's inspection! I'm delighted because I don't have to take another day off to deal with that! God bless them!
We enjoyed an excellent visit to Providence Dodge meeting GM Doug Bishop and Sales Consultant Herb Denton as Axel prepares to order his first Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye.
Herb was SO friendly to us. We had a rough couple of days and were having no luck finding what we wanted. My husbands transmission had recently failed in his other car so we needed something new with AWD and 6 cylinder. Herb found us an AWESOME deal and now we are driving a sleek Dodge Charger. We just love it! They had fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend this place. They treat you like a person not like most other dealerships. Herb even went along with our silly photo! Lol 🤗
