Actually do the work that was asked to be done. Did not “really” check my breaks, I had concerns due to a grind sound, told me they were great. Not at all. Two months later I need new brakes and rotors. I did not ever hear of breaks being destroyed in 60 days.
Polite, on time with appt times.
Best service and sales people in the area! I will never buy a vehicle at any other dealer. Non-pushy sales people and knowledgeable service department.

I just had some service done there last evening. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable for adults and children.
love Providence Auto!!! Herb went out of his way to get me my Jeep Compass. I love it and has everything I want in it. Perfection. Madeline at the service desk is by far the best. Always there for my questions and goes out of the way to make sure I am happy.
