Unprofessional staff/overall poor place to live I have been trying to get in touch with literally ANYBODY in the office for the past two months via phone & email without any response or acknowledgement. I've lived in these apartments for over a year & a half. I am a good tenant - quiet/keep to myself, have always paid rent on time - & yet, I am ignored when I try to bring up an issue concerning my apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE If this place has any stars, I’m sure it’s from friends of people who run the place. Roaches, dog waste and trash everywhere, and the water is brown when you first turn it on. They will show you a cute little apartment, but yours will be nothing like it. I moved in from out of state, and I can’t wait for my lease to be up.oh, and you’re going to pay for parking, but people with park in your spaces, because there is no parking at night.

Resident whenever I move out I will miss the living room cause it stays cool even after I take off the AC. The insulation is good. All the rooms, but that my favorite. Also its safe and they are dog friendly.

False advertisment!!! I lived here 2 years worse apartments teenagers smoking weed all the time. Now that i moved out and droped the key to karina the new girl cause they always change "leasing agents" a check for the pending balance of my bill they "misplaced" it and now i got a called from the collection agency saying that i owed 156 when i had paid my balance a month agoo for the amount of 100 and i just called to speak to the manager and they connect me with the asistant manager patricia which it was a total waste of tim... read more

A Slum! Don't be fooled by the pictures or the Model. I guarantee your unit will not look like this. If you like roaches, trash thrown in the walkways and mold, this is the place for you. There are home invasions, car break-ins, and pot smoking teenagers. Parking is not guaranteed and they have a tow crew that snatches cars when residents park over a line. Amenities. ...let's see. resident I have been living here for two years and I just love it. It's quite and the residents are friendly. Noise is low and so is the crime rate for this area.
Great This apartment is huge, I have it fully furnished and still could put a lot more furniture in it. I love it and the staff in the management office are great, always ready to help in time of need.
Under new management I love the location because its local near everything I could possibly need.
