New Management is making a huge change! Work orders used to take weeks or even months to be addressed! Even then, the work was half done. The new staff really is making a huge difference. They came in and fixed my broken window within days!
Great STAFF!!! Great staff Loving the changes here! The new staff has been fantastic—professional, friendly, and really on top of things. You can tell they care about the residents and the community. It’s made a big difference. Definitely a great place to live!

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I have literally have called this office 28 times in four days never an answer or no callbacks. I tried to take a tour unsuccessful.
Improvement New management has been very helpful, they have been improving the property and following up with the work orders.
Serious Problems This property is nothing like advertised. The main problem and also the reason I'm writing this review is because the problem of hot water. Every week the water is shut to fix or replace something relating to the hot water. It seems like there is no progression in finding a solution that will last. The pictures of the pool are deceiving because the 2 years I lived here the pool has not been clean enough for people to use. there are roaches. everywhere. fumigation does not work. the administration are not friendly at all.
