NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I have literally have called this office 28 times in four days never an answer or no callbacks. I tried to take a tour unsuccessful.
Improvement New management has been very helpful, they have been improving the property and following up with the work orders.
Serious Problems This property is nothing like advertised. The main problem and also the reason I'm writing this review is because the problem of hot water. Every week the water is shut to fix or replace something relating to the hot water. It seems like there is no progression in finding a solution that will last. The pictures of the pool are deceiving because the 2 years I lived here the pool has not been clean enough for people to use. Unprofessional staff/overall poor place to live I have been trying to get in touch with literally ANYBODY in the office for the past two months via phone & email without any response or acknowledgement. I've lived in these apartments for over a year & a half. I am a good tenant - quiet/keep to myself, have always paid rent on time - & yet, I am ignored when I try to bring up an issue concerning my apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE If this place has any stars, I’m sure it’s from friends of people who run the place. Roaches, dog waste and trash everywhere, and the water is brown when you first turn it on. They will show you a cute little apartment, but yours will be nothing like it. I moved in from out of state, and I can’t wait for my lease to be up.oh, and you’re going to pay for parking, but people with park in your spaces, because there is no parking at night.

Resident whenever I move out I will miss the living room cause it stays cool even after I take off the AC. The insulation is good. All the rooms, but that my favorite. Also its safe and they are dog friendly.
