Chris is an excellent realtor and helped us find the perfect house. We had been looking for close to 5 years when we engaged Chris. He found us a house within 3 months, and only showed us the houses that worked for our needs. He then listed and helped us sell our current house in less than 3 months. His experience is evident in the way he presents himself to his clients and buyers and sellers alike. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Chris helped us sell our home of 26 years and buy another, smaller place. The sell was emotional, and he was just terrific about the whole thing. He spent an enormous amount of time with my son and I as we struggled to find something we could all be happy with, and manage the timing of selling one property so as to buy another. Chris was sensitive, fun, and saved us so much time, and money, doing everything he could for our best results.

Chris knows the Laguna Beach market extremely well but is also very focused on getting a good result for his clients. He was able to assist in finding and negotiating a great home for our family, but also guide us on other matters not core to the purchase of the house. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chris to any other buyer or seller.

Jacqueline was professional, attentive, intuitive, and positive during the entire process of assisting in our search to find a rental home. She was always reachable, available, and ready to do what was needed. She was motivated, and persisted until we found the home that was right for us. We couldn't be happier in the home that we found. I have over the years bought and sold many properties and I can truthfully say that this transaction was by far the most stress free and enjoyable transaction. Jackie was very professional and on top of everything. She made sure all repairs were done in a timely manner by meeting the repair people and watching them to make sure the repair was done correctly.
