Chris Guziak and his team are great to work with. Not only does he know the market inside and out, he is easy to work and is solutions oriented. I recently sold my home. Working with Dan was a great choice as an agent. It was nice to work with a professional who communicated thoroughly throughout the process. He kept me updated weekly so I was never in the dark as to what was going on and that was very important to me. He was very knowledgeable with market conditions and pricing.
