I recently purchased a house in a highly sought after area in Newport Beach using Provenance Realty Group. They were exemplary in all areas in this deal. My agent called me right as the sellers' agent sign went up. By doing this I was the first one to put in the offer, which helped as there were multiple offers that came in afterwards. I would definitely recommend provenance realty to anyone else looking at buying or selling a property.
