Very professional technican. I felt as though I was taken advantage of because of all the changes and problems I have had with this new service. I plans were to transfer service and I am in a new contract. I should have put up a fight since I found out I had a concussion, and I was taken advantage of by these companies. ADT & GOOGLE together. Terrible customer service and really hard to get in touch with the sales person. If ADT is trying to interact with this company please avoid the contract with them. Needing a pure ADT account is a must if you would like to get 100% satisfaction otherwise they will send you around between ADT and protection one customer services.

5 trips and not corrected on new instaill of updated system . Been a customer 20 plus years. The Atlanta office will not even return an email . I amvery disappointed.....one time they didnt even show up after me sitting at home for a full day.Sad
